Exterior Window Washing
Exterior Washing
When it comes to debris like dust, pollen, and bird doo-doo, we use the "waterfed pole" system, with gentle running water and soft brushes. Windows & frames receive a comprehensive scrubbing and a final spray with our POPWASH Diamond Finish.
Exterior Buffing
When you bundle exteriors & interiors as a first-time clean, we give windows a gentle buffing using scrub pads and good-old elbow grease. This cleaning is great for sticky residues like sap, bug goop, and water stains and includes our routine washing with the POPWASH Diamond Finish.

We create an ultra-pure sparkling spray, on the spot, through the process of deionization. First developed for window cleaning in the 1950's, we use a modern filtration system which transforms your tap water into our sparkling, clear, Diamond Finish!

Interior Window Washing
Interior Washing
Glass receives a soaking with our Tri-Soap mix and a scrubbing with microfibre sleeves. We then squeegee the glass with Moerman's new edge-whisking technology, and dry the frames with microfibre cloths & lint-free surgical towels. This wash is great for debris like dust and fingerprints smudges.
Interior Buffing
When you bundle exteriors & interiors as a first-time clean, we give glass a gentle circular hand-buffing with walnut pads. This cleaning is great for debris like bug & plant goop, and sticky residues. As a returning customer, you'll receive a complimentary buffing when the windows need some extra attention.
Our Tri-Soap Mix
We use a combination of classic and new soaps for optimum clean, glide, evaporation, and scent. Our mix is comprised of Moerman's Pro Squeeze Deluxe, Titan's Glass Gleam 3, and Dawn's 4x Platinum.

Squeeze Deluxe
Squeeze Deluxe is a detergent for washing windows, specially developed for the professional window washer. The new formula is now almost 90% biologically decomposable within 28 days. 60% of all components are plant – or coming from renewable origin.
Titan's
Glass Gleam 3
Glass Gleam-3™ Glass Cleaner Super Concentrate uses a formulation designed specifically for professional window cleaners. Biodegradeable and USDA approved. Designed specifically for cleaning glass and window films using a squeegee.
Dawn's
4x Platinum
Dawn Platinum's improved formula easily removes 99% of grease and food residue. Dawn helps save wildlife. Made with Biodegradable surfactants.
Screen Cleaning
Screen Cleaning
We note the position of each screen, with a discreet pencil-mark, take them outside for a multidirectional scrub & tap with Screen Magic, wipe each frame edge with a microfibre cloth, make certain they're dry, and replace them in their original windows.
With the Screen Bundle, we'll also give the window tracks a quick dry-vacuuming to clean up bugs and dirt.

This mixture of emulsions, UV inhibitors, glossing agents, and dust repellents organically dissolve dust, making screens look like new.
Track Detailing
Track Detailing
From the inside we bathe, vacuum, and finely detail the entire open window's tracks, frames, sills, seals, hinges, and handles with distilled water, track brushes, a wet/dry vac, and microfibre cloths. We then apply a silicone lubricant to hinges & tracks to help them slide smoothly.
